Last night I witnessed a Skynyrd show that was above and beyond any thing I could have ever imagined.38 Special and Brett Michaels were fantastic as well.They really got the crowd worked up and ready for what was a big surprise.Their craft has been refined so that they have just about able to join the catagory of atheletes.They have very few breaks in their set and to watch ,especially their drummer Michael, work its just incredible.I know that other bands work hard too and I'm not saying that they are a super band or anything like that but...well I am 55 and lets face it when you get older it 's harder to stay in shape and keep going..These guys are older than I am and I'm sure there are no other classic rock groups that can keep up with Skynyrd.Johnny's vocals are fantastic.I'm sure that Ronnie is looking down and smiling.

On Gene Odoms Dixie web site,I've read about a movie deal that is being worked out.It's suppose to cover the years from 1952 to 1977.If this is true I hope they do this right.I'm sure Gene and Judy will make sure of that.
