Hi,

A friend of mine went on the Simple Man Cruise this weekend, for his sixth straight year
Can anyone tell me the status - safety - of the cruise, due to Hurricane Sandy?

I'm a little concerned over his physical safety and of those who are attending this event, but his cell phone is off, so direct communication is not an option.

If anyone could give me any status on what, if any, effect the storm has had on this cruise, I would truly appreciate it.
I don't know who else to contact, so I'm turning to you, at this site.
