Skynyrd on Huckabee 10/03/09

Posts: 23 Member #: 23,995 Joined: 10/02/2009	Skynyrd will be appearing on the show Huckabee on Sat. 10/03/09 at 8pm est. This show is on the Fox News Channel. The show will repeat Sunday at 8pm est. I hope Skynyrd perfoms and talks about the new album too. They rocked when they played "Simple Life" on Conan and on the Late Late show! This is just a heads up for anyone who wants to watch it.

Posts: 20 Member #: 23,915 Joined: 10/01/2009	Just watched Skynyrd on Huckabee, they played Simple Life, and then Gov. Huckabee joined in on bass to Sweet Home Alabama. Having seen Skynyrd on their tour with the Allman Bros. in the early 70;s and many, many , times since through the years, they still rock, but when Iooking at the stage tonight and seeing only Gary as the remaining original member, it really sent me "Reeling through the Years" so to speak. No Leon with his hats, no Billy, wow! They have been through so much and still they play on, and this won't be the last we hear from Skynyrd! Good Luck guys!!

LynSkyn1981, I thought it was weird that Robert wasn’t playing bass during “Sweet Home Alabama” too. Keep on rockin’ Skynyrd!
