One great tv show and one great tv show that spawned another gomer pyle .

they cant make great shows like that anymore nor leave it to beaver or happy days laverne and shirley !

For a good population of our nation the direction of morals and values are heading sucks when compared to the morals and values represented on those old tv shows.

lets bring them back!

Thank You Lynyrd Skynyrd for the music!

Andy Griffith and Lynryd Skynyrd. Both American icons and 2 of the greatest products of the South. Honest, truthful and from the heart. RIP Andy. We'll see the band tonight in Westbury on Long Island.

As the band was leaving the concert stage in Raleigh on 8-4-12, the whistle we all know from the Andy Griffith show rang out across the speakers. I thought that was pretty cool and an appropriate tribute considering Mr. Griffith's home state was in North Carolina.
