Music and politics

I thought I had bought tickets to a concert but was shocked to realize the concert was a front for a political rally staged by the "Far Right".
A concert that I pay my money to attend should have been about music not politics. There's a place for politics just not at a concert.

RF is right. I think boilermaker77 is just a troll and looking for trouble. How can anyone not know that a Sean Hannity Freedom Show is not about politics? (and for a good reason) Either not too bright or just trolling. This is a good site with good folks. Why can't these types just stay away?...

Ahhh Yeah.... It's free and they like to stir it up...

Dixie Chicks are still around.... Unfortunately... They were touring with the Eagles & Keith Urban. Don't get that line up and didn't even sell out Gillette Stadium when they came to Foxboro, MA. Which the right acts sell out with no problem...

Also, two of the "Chick's" have a side project in the country music format.

Trilok, how's the ridin' season going?? Great in the New England area.

I'm not dead, at least not yet, Still Alone, Still Alive, STILL UNBROKEN....

I'm glad LS is part of Hannity's Freedom Concert. After what Obama said, I like it even more.

Hopefully during 2012 LS will follow the Republican nominee, and "God Willing" hopefully we'll all be pleasantly surprised with Dick Cheney returning as the pick.

Red, White & Blue
That Ain't My America
God & Guns
Gimme Back My Bullets
Saturday Night Special
O.R.R.
Southern Ways
Alabama
Freebird

That's all they need to play.

@Maryland4Dixie:

Pleasantly suprised? This country is doomed if Dick Cheney or Sarah Palin are elected President. Cheney is absolutely NOT the guy who should be in control; he's a nut case. And Palin...lol...well, she's just not "all there" (putting it in a nice way).

I thought you were the one who didn't like political commentary . . .
