Been hunting for any recordings from a show recorded live in Muscle Shoals in the spring of 78 called Super Jam 1. Show had remaining members and Cahrlie Daniels, Taz, Jimmy Hall, Dickie Betts,members of the Outlaws, Bonnie Bramlett great recordings would like to get a copy any info would be helpful. Turns out I have the King Biscuit Flower Hour show of Skynyrd that was recorded June 6, 1975 in Cardiff, Wales (most people think it was in London, England). I Track listing: 1. Double Trouble 2. I Ain't the One 3. Needle & Spoon 4. Saturday Night Special 5. Gimme 3 Steps 6. 7. I Got the Same Old Blues 8. Simple Man 9. Whisky Rock'n'Roller 10. Call Me the Breeze 11. T for Texas 12. Sweet Home Alabama 13. Freebird Since you're looking for a 1978 King Biscuit show, I'll give you the address from the back of the CD, though I have no idea if it's still a valid address. If you search, Ebay, Amazon, Google, etc. you'l find the 1975 recording (the one I have) but not a 1978. Is it possible you are after the 1975 recording? Whatever you do, DO NOT pay $299.99 on Amazon for the CD. Ebay has one for $59.99, and I'm sure there are others. As for just the Super Jam of 1978, here are the youtube links. Is there any LIVE recordings Of them doing X MAS TIME AGAIN????? thats a beeute of a song recording and would be awsome to hear done live in concert! Thank You Lynyrd Skynyrd for the music! |
